The Floyd Central Art Department is bursting at the seams with creativity and enthusiasm! Artwork created by FC's very own artists is diplayed throughout the school exhibitng the talent that is being tapped into on this campus. Introduction to 2D and 3D art, drawing, painting, ceramics, computer graphics, photography, sculpture and much more is being offered in the art department and students are anxious to see what they can learn next while the teachers ar anxious to teach them! More and more students are pursuing careers in the arts as they their talent and all of the avenues and oppurtunites that are offered in the visual arts. The curriculum in this art depatment is geared towards helping students pursue possible careers in art by building strong portfolios that will prepare them for college level courses.
