![]() Getting online with SEI Data is quick and easy! We currently have help pages for SEI Data's Netscape (Windows 95, Macintosh, and 3.1x), Windows 95, MacOS, Chameleon and Internet in a Box. If you have questions which are not addressed in any of these configuration sheets, feel free to send email to support@seidata.com or call (812) 667-8800 (Monday - Friday, 8am - 9pm). Please select the appropriate help page below. Users who have purchased our software may refer to the "SEI Data's Netscape" configuration page for general help... or may call our office at any time for unlimited, software-specific, free, technical support. If you have Windows 95, the "Windows 95's Dial-Up Networking/Internet Explorer" page will help you with general configuration. Apple/Macintosh users will refer to the Macintosh Configuration below, which has instructions for setting up "ConfigPPP", "FreePPP", and "PPP"; the three dialers in common usage. Chameleon and Internet In a Box users will need to obtain the Micrsoft dialer from the SEI Data office (which is free, though if mailed will include a shipping and handling charge), since the dialers that ship with these Internet software packages do not support PAP (Password Authentication Protocol, which is a protocol that governs authentication).
